What does an appointment cost?

Up to $350 per appointment, depending on your area. You see your exact price before you sign up.

One appointment goes to one contractor — we keep it exclusive. We do not sell it to anyone else.

Will my price go up later?

No. What you pay on the day you join is what you pay into the future.

Your rate is stored against your account and copied onto every appointment as it is sent, so it cannot drift without someone deciding to change it — and if we ever need to, we will consult with you first.

As an area fills up we raise the price. That applies to contractors who join after you, never to you. So the earlier you start, the longer you hold the lower rate.

When do I pay?

When a homeowner books a time on your calendar.

Not when they pick up the phone. Not when they show up. Not when you close the job. We pay to find the homeowner and get them booked. You pay once they are confirmed on your calendar.

What do the first three appointments cost?

Your first three appointments are free, no card needed. You only add a card when you want more.

Three means three appointments, whatever the price does later.

Reach your fourth without a card and we stop sending. We will not send them anyway and bill you after.

How do I cap what I spend?

You set how many you want:

• Per week
• Per month
• Pause — stops everything straight away

Change them any time. Your price is fixed, so a limit on appointments is also a limit on your spend — the app does that sum for you.

What if an appointment is wrong?

You have seven days to dispute it, for one of four reasons:

• It is not work you do
• It is outside the areas you set
• The homeowner cannot be reached at all
• We already sent you this one

If we agree, you get your money back — or the credit back, if it was one of your free three.

Not covered: they did not buy. The appointment is what you paid for. The sale is yours to make.

If appointments keep coming back wrong, we will work with you to pinpoint what is causing it. And if more than one in five turns out to be a real problem, we stop sending until we know why. At that point it is our fault, not yours.

How many appointments will I get?

We will not promise you a number of appointments. Storm seasons vary, nature is unpredictable, and a number here would be a promise we could not keep.

Before you sign up we show you the storm activity recorded near you, from public NOAA reports. It shows how close properties sat to a recorded storm — which is how we aim at the streets worth knocking on rather than a whole metro. Nobody has been on a roof.
