Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a resident of California — or of another state with a comprehensive privacy law — you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising, and to access, correct and delete the information we hold about you.

What we do and don’t do

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We do use advertising and analytics services (including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) that receive information about your visit and, when you submit a request, a hashed record of that submission for conversion measurement. Under California’s CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, that activity can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising — so we offer the opt-out below to everyone, regardless of where you live.

How to opt out

Email privacy@inflectionpoint.one with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include the email address or phone number you gave us, so we can find your record. We will process the request within the time the applicable law allows and confirm when it is done.

You can send the request yourself or through an authorised agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

Your other rights

Use the same address to ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from;
• correct information that is inaccurate;
• delete your information;
• limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for profiling);
• stop contacting you entirely — this also works by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Browser signals

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends one, and treat it as an opt-out of sharing for the browser it comes from.

Verification

To protect your information we may ask you to confirm details we already hold before acting on an access or deletion request. We use anything you provide for verification only.

We operate exclusively online and deal with you directly, so under the CCPA/CPRA regulations email is a sufficient method for submitting requests — we are not required to run a toll-free number, and we would rather name a route we actually monitor than publish one we do not.
